By purchasing, downloading, or otherwise using a ForgeWise system, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our products or services.
1. Who we are
ForgeWise builds AI-powered, practical digital systems, educational guides, checklists, and templates, designed to help individuals, families, and small businesses take informed action on real-world problems. Our systems are educational and informational resources. They are not professional legal, financial, medical, or cybersecurity advice, and using them does not create a professional advisory relationship of any kind between you and ForgeWise.
2. Digital products and license grant
All ForgeWise systems are sold as digital downloads (PDF and related digital files). Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the system for your personal, non-commercial use and for the reasonable use of your immediate household or, where explicitly stated for a given system, your small business team.
You may not: resell, redistribute, publicly share, or upload ForgeWise system files to any third-party platform, file-sharing site, or public repository; claim authorship of ForgeWise content; use ForgeWise materials to create a competing product; or remove any copyright, trademark, or attribution notice from the materials.
3. Payment and pricing
Prices for ForgeWise systems are listed at the time of purchase in the currency displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases at any time; changes will not affect systems you have already purchased. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor; ForgeWise does not directly store your full payment card details.
4. Refunds
All ForgeWise systems are covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. Full details, including how to request a refund, are available on our Refund Policy page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Intellectual property
All content within ForgeWise systems, including text, frameworks, design, graphics, and the ForgeWise name, logo, and system names (such as The Scam Survival System), are the property of ForgeWise and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Except for the limited license granted in Section 2, no rights are transferred to you.
6. No guarantee of outcomes
ForgeWise systems are designed to significantly improve your knowledge, preparedness, and decision-making regarding the subject they cover. No ForgeWise system, including The Scam Survival System, can guarantee that you will never experience fraud, financial loss, or any other harm the system addresses. You are solely responsible for the decisions and actions you take, or choose not to take, based on the information provided.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ForgeWise and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, any ForgeWise system or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable system.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use forgewiseai.com or any ForgeWise system for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts, to interfere with the normal operation of our website, or to use any automated system to scrape or extract content from our website without prior written permission.

Our systems and website may reference or link to third-party resources, tools, or organizations (for example, official fraud-reporting agencies). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party resource.
